2. Prescription Verification While we do not require you to upload a copy of your prescription at the time of order, we reserve the right to request a copy to verify the details of your order with your eye care professional. By placing an order, you give us your consent to contact your eye care professional on your behalf for the sole purpose of verifying your prescription information.

3. Your Responsibility It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your prescription information is entered correctly and is up-to-date. Convex optical l.l.c is not responsible for any issues arising from an incorrect or expired prescription. We strongly advise against ordering lenses with a prescription that is more than one year old unless otherwise directed by your eye care professional.
