We offer a 30-day return window for most items. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
For customers within the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
1. Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and undamaged.
- It must have all original tags still attached.
- It must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (like your order confirmation email).
Please note that certain items are non-returnable (see Section 5).
2. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)
Returning an item is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact Us to Request a Return Email our customer support team at Info@convexoptical.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number and the Reason for the return in your email.
- Step 2: Wait for Approval and Instructions Our team will review your request. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Step 3: Ship Your Item Securely pack the item in its original packaging and attach the provided return label. Send the package back to us as per the instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Refunds Process & Timeline
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
- Approval & Refund: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically. The funds will be credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Late Refunds: Please allow for additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after our approval email, please contact us at Info@convexoptical.com.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number and include a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and make it right.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products or contact lens solutions that have been opened).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
